What Is A PMG?
The PMG is a USPTO Patented translucent protective layer built into the Grillz to protect your teeth from damage that can be caused by the metals.
What Is The Protective Layer Made Of?
The PMG is created using a new generation advanced polymethyl methacrylate after the mouth grill is built. Think of it as a similar material as a plastic retainer or aligner.

We Work With You to Bring Your Custom Design to Life!

DESIGN CONSULTATION & IMPRESSION TAKING
The consultation is where we'll discuss you're desired style. metal type, & additional embellishments like Diamonds or Stones. Then using our Dental Impression Kit we'll take a mold of you're teeth & gum line.

MOLD CREATION
Next we'll pour casting stone into you're Dental Impression to create a positive hardened mold of you're teeth & gum line. From there we can begin crafting you're piece.

METAL FABRICATION & STONE SETTING
We'll begin the process of cutting & shaping you're desired metal to fit the mold, depending on the intricacy of the design we may use wax carving to create a model before casting. If you chose Diamonds or Stones, we'll begin carefully setting them into youre Grillz.

FITTING & ADJUSTMENTS
Once you're Grillz are crafted, we'll meet with you to try them on & ensure a perfect fit. Any adjustments will be made if necessary.
